Auto Attendants

Auto Attendants eliminates the need for an actual person to attend customer calls. An automated attendant can answer callers, prompt for queries, and assist in call routing based on the caller’s requirements.

You can welcome customers with a short message, and then they are directed to their chosen extension. There are unlimited options to create voice messages, and they can be completely customized to fit your needs.

Customers can opt-out of Auto-attendant whenever they want.

Call monitoring

Jive allows you to monitor any call without interruptions. It has three modes, Spy, Whisper, and Barge.
Spy mode lets you listen to a conversation without the knowledge of the agent or customer. In whisper mode, you can talk to the agent without the customer’s knowledge. It is helpful when training a new employee. Finally, in the Barge mode, the monitor can barge into a conversation and can be heard by both parties.
